Care4MyFeet Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Welcome to the Care4MyFeet Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program- To enroll in our affiliate program, you must:

• Complete the affiliate application through our Tapfiliate portal.
• Be approved by our team.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Care4MyFeet products ethically and responsibly.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by Care4MyFeet.
• Ensure all promotions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures.

3. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Care4MyFeet products or services.
• Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote products.
• Engage in activities that could harm Care4MyFeet’s reputation, including but not limited to hate speech, adult content, or illegal activities.

4. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a standard commission of 15% per sale made through their unique affiliate link.

Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided the total exceeds $50. Unpaid balances roll over to the next month.

Commissions are based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds.

5. Cookie Duration

Our affiliate program uses a 30-day cookie window. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.

6. Payment

Payments are made via the payment method selected in your Tapfiliate account.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

7. Intellectual Property

Care4MyFeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos, banners, and marketing materials. All rights to these materials remain the property of Care4MyFeet. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

Care4MyFeet reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account for:

Breach of these terms.

• Inactivity for more than 6 months.
• Conduct detrimental to the brand.
• Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying Care4MyFeet in writing.

9. Modifications to the Terms

Care4MyFeet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Tapfiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

Care4MyFeet is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
